"Stir-Fried Chicken & Cabbage" bento - チキンとキャベツのコチュジャン炒め弁当

















Today's o-bento:
- Stir-Fried Chicken & Cabbage  /  チキンとキャベツのコチュジャン炒め
- Pan-Fried Enoki Mushrooms  /   エノキのバター醤油炒め
- Pickles Cucumber & Kombu Seaweed  /   きゅうりと昆布の即席浅漬け
- Yukari Rice  /  ゆかりごはん

I really wanted to use all the Gouchujang paste staying in my refrigerator forever. It was a little getting dried... so I used a little to season beef yesterday and my husband said it was good. This morning I used it again for Chicken and Cabbage. I added a little bit of Mirin too.

コチュジャン炒め第二段。
