"Inarizushi" bento -

Today's o-bento:
 - Inarizushi (Sushi pocket)
 - Fried ham & cheese cutlet
 - Tamagoyaki (Rolled egg)
 - Steamed broccoli and asparagus
 - Soy sauce

My weather app on my cell phone says today's highest temperature is going
to be 97 degree Fahrenheit ( = 36 degree Celsius!!) in this area.
I have to start to be more careful of food-poisoning outbreak.
It's usually said vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, umeboshi (pickled plums), wasabi,
and some spicy spice are good for killing germs, and also
it is not recommended to use raw vegetable and fruits,
and put hot food and cold food all together in the box. I have to
put everything that is cooled down first.

This is "Inarizuhi-no-moto". If you buy it on Amazon.com, it will cost about
$9.00 + shipping  fee, but I think it is found at Asian food corner of any grocery stores.
I usually get them at Commissary, and it's less than $4.00.
It's very useful to make inarizushi. Just cook some rice and make it sushi rice,
and put it into inarizushi. It tastes so good.
