"Norimaki" bento - 海苔巻き弁当

Today's o-bento:
 - Ham & Cucumber Norimaki (H&C rolls)
 - Inarizushi
 - Deep Fried Meatballs
 - Carrot glacé (Sweet simmered carrotts)
 - Briccoli

Making Obento is sometimes time consuming.
(especially for the beginner like me.) Plus I woke up late this morning!
However, this time I made the meatballs and carrot glace one day before,
so I could just microwave them before stuff them up in the obento box.
I rolled some of the 5lb yummy ham left over along with seedless cucumber
and wasabi in norimaki.
Everything is big in America.

残ったハムの活用をどうしようかと悩んでいましたが
海苔巻きの具に変身しました。塩辛いハムなのでご飯と合います。

This is actually going to be the last obento for a while
because I have just found out that my husband is going to make
a business trip to somewhere from tomorrow, so next article will be
at the end of this month, hopefully...

お弁当作り、楽しくやっていますが、次に出来るのは
恐らく3-4週間後となるでしょう・・・。ブログを始めたばかりなのにー。
