"Fried Pork Cutlet" bento - ポークカツ弁当

















Today's o-bento (April 4th) :
-  Fried Pork Cutlet / ポークカツ  
-  Steamed Broccoli /   ブロッコリ
-  Rice /   ごはん

I got a Calphalon's 1qt size small non-stick saucepan so that I can deep-fry easily for my husband o-bento. I didn't tell him that I was going to buy it because I know he always likes All-Clad brand. He said "Whaaaat is thiiiis!?" but I am the one who cooks most of the time and I like it so far. I love the fact that it comes with a glass cover and the silicone soft-grip handle that I can grab with my bare hand.
