"Chicken Hearts" bento - トリハツ弁当



Today's o-bento:
- Deep-Fried Chicken Hearts  /   トリハツの唐揚
- Pan Saute Chicken Hearts  /  トリハツ焼き
- Pan-Fried Thin Beef & Peppers  / 牛肉とペッパーのコチュジャン炒
- Rice  /   ごはん

I got a lot of Chicken Hearts at an Asian grocery store last night. I cut them in half and cleaned inside then marinaded in Soy Sauce, Sake, Garlic and Ginger. Fried them up this morning with some Potato Starch. Hmmm.
