" Yaki Imo" bento - 焼き芋弁当

Today's o-bento:

-  Baked Asian Sweet Potato / 焼き芋
-  Okra Tempra　/ オクラの天ぷら
-  Beef Rolled Enoki / 肉巻きエノキ
-  Carrots / にんじん
-  Mini Sausage / ミニソーセージ
- Boiled Broccoli  / ゆでブロッコリ
- Blue Berries and Apples (no pic) /  ブルーベリーと林檎

I had leftover Shabu shabu beef, paper-thin sliced beed, so I rolled Enoki mushrooms with them and pan-fried them then drizzled some Korean style BBQ sauce on them.

焼き芋を作ったものの、なかなか消費できず、その話をすると弁当にご飯の代わりに入れて欲しいと夫に言われたので、今日はご飯無しのお弁当です。日本人じゃないからそこまで白ご飯にこだわりはないのでしょうか？？
