Today's o-bento:
- Yakisoba (Pan-Fried Noodles)
This is an o-bento just for me. I have to work from 2:30pm to 11:30pm today, so I made my own lunch/dinner. My husband is having a weekend off with his friend since last night. He'll come back home tomorrow morning. Well, his friends make him happy in a different way from I do and I am happy to see him being happy.
I bought this yakisoba noodle bag at an Asian grocery store. All I have to do is fry cut vegetables & sliced pork (or maybe bacon) along with noodles, then add the seasoning (sauce) in the bag. Easy and tasty!
自分のお弁当となると１品だけで済ませてしまう私でした。でも美味しいので良し。
