Today's o-bento:
- Boiled Chicken Thigh / 鶏もも肉の塩茹で
- Pan-Fried Bean Sprout / モヤシのマヨネーズ炒め
- Cabbage & Lettuce / キャベツの千切りとレタス
- Apple / りんご
My husband is trying to lose about 10lbs so he said he would like to some curbs, specially white rice. I can't live without rice but I guess it's not big deal for him.
