Today's o-bento:
- California Rolls (Immitation Crab and Avocado)
- Kappa Maki (Cucumber Rolls)
I don't really know if sushi is really healthy because sushi has actually a lot of rice with salt and sugar along with vinegar. Anyway, I cooked 2 cups of rice last night and made a half of them sushi rice. Usual a cup of rice makes five hoso maki roll just like the kappa maki in the picture. California rolls requires a little more rice, I think.
