Oshinko (pickled daikon radish) I had was becoming bad in the refrigerator. I feel so sad when I wasted food. These oshinko maki are made with new pickled daikon radish called Kimchee Takuan. I was guessing it was going to be spicy, but unfortunately it was actually more salty!
Ham is from Christmas leftover. It's not bad at all.
生姜の甘酢漬けを自分で作ってみました。写真の右上の端っこにバランに隠れてちょこーっとだけ映っています。
