I really wanted to use all the
Gouchujang paste staying in my refrigerator forever. It was a little getting dried... so I used a little to season beef yesterday and my husband said it was good. This morning I used it again for Chicken and Cabbage. I added a little bit of Mirin too.
コチュジャン炒め第二段。
